other than macs, all our DVD players are kaput - so inevitably the question is....
Blu-ray or Hi-def?
I'm inclined towards blu-ray but is that purely the Apple connection? Which one will be the 21st Century Beta-max?

Dont buy either?

Buy a really cheap Ma & Pa yum-cha player that plays DIVX.

Or buy a media server.

Or wait for Apple's iTV.

Or wait and buy a PS3.

I wouldnt sink $$$ into either player at the moment. But thats me and I'm a tight bastard.
